Our Income & Development Fund provides access to a diversified portfolio of institutional-grade real estate assets including income producing (commercial/industrial/lending) as well as development projects. Distributions are made up of cash flow derived from rental income, capital appreciation from property value growth and special distributions from the completion of development projects.Targeted Annual Net Return: of 12%‑16%* (over 10-year period).
Income & Development Fund Strategy:
The Fund provides access to a portfolio of real estate assets including:
- A mix of income-producing assets and development projects.
- Exposure to multiple segments of the real estate market to help manage overall portfolio risk.
- Active oversight with capital deployed to improve properties in support of their long-term growth.
