Brand Awareness
Building brand awareness is crucial for property management companies as it establishes the groundwork for brand equity and customer loyalty. Furthermore, it helps distinguish a brand from its competitors, carving out a unique position in the market. With 40+ properties under management, Equiton Living has been steadily creating awareness and building brand equity.
Strategic Marketing of Suites
In collaboration with our Resident Managers, we strategically host open houses concurrently with resident events, such as food truck visits and carnival activities. This approach maximizes interest in the property and leaves a lasting, positive impression on attendees. Additionally, we use staging to showcase available suites in the best way to show their full potential.
Resident Engagement
We engage current and prospective residents at our properties in various ways. We support community and resident events at many of our properties throughout the year. For instance, we supported an event at the Chatham-Kent Hospital Association, where we provided complimentary ice cream to hospital workers. Each ice cream cup included a branded sticker with a QR code linking to our website. Our Resident Manager was on-site, engaging with attendees, distributing business cards, and discussing the benefits of living in our Chatham properties. This personal touch strengthens community ties, increases trust, and drives interest in our properties.
